Warmups are usually needed for the first travel event rather than the first practice, so work back from that date. We confirm exact timing with you before an order is placed instead of publishing a fixed turnaround.

- What counts as travel gear?
- Anything worn around the routine — warmup jackets, joggers, pullovers, travel tees and the layers athletes live in between warmup and awards.
- Should warmups match the competition uniform exactly?
- They should belong to the same design system, but they do not have to copy the uniform. We usually carry the colors, marks and lines across rather than repeating the panel layout.
- Can we add coach and staff pieces?
- Yes. Coach, staff and sometimes parent pieces can be planned from the same direction so the whole travelling party reads as one program.
- When should warmups be ordered?
- Before your first travel event, which is usually earlier than coaches expect. Timing depends on the pieces and decoration chosen, and we confirm dates with you before ordering.
