Rosters change after the main order. Athletes join, pieces get damaged, items go missing and a program suddenly needs two more of something. This page explains how supplemental requests are assessed and what information makes the answer fast and honest.

Add-on requests vary enormously: a single replacement top, a handful of pieces for new athletes, or a supplemental order across a squad. The assessment is the same — what exists, what is needed, how many, and when. Feasibility is confirmed with your program, not assumed on a web page.
Replacement pieces
Damaged, lost or outgrown items. Photos of the original and your artwork files make the request far easier to evaluate.
Missing items
Gaps found during distribution. Note exactly which pieces and sizes are short, so the request is precise.
Supplemental orders
Additional coach, staff or travel pieces added to an existing program look, usually alongside a wider order.
Matching limits
Fabrics, colors and construction differ between manufacturers and production runs. Where an exact match is not realistic, that is said plainly rather than promised.
Timing
Supplemental work is planned around the same factors as any order. No fixed turnaround is published; real dates are confirmed during consultation.

Coach questions
Clear answers before the request.
- Can Made4Motion reproduce a uniform made by another manufacturer?
- Not as an exact reproduction. Another manufacturer's garment is their own construction, and no supplier should promise to match it precisely. What can be assessed is how close a coordinated piece can reasonably get, once the details are known.
- What makes an add-on request easier to assess?
- Clear photos of the existing piece, the number of athletes involved, the sizes needed, your color references, artwork files and the date the pieces are needed for.
- Is there a minimum for a small add-on order?
- That depends on the pieces and the order, and it is confirmed during consultation rather than published here. Send the details and it can be assessed honestly.
